manatell LLC ("manatell," "we," "us") has established this Privacy Policy (this "Policy") to explain how we handle personal information on our corporate website, https://www.manatell.co.jp/ (the "Website").

This Policy applies only to the Website. Personal information handled through our services is governed by the privacy policy for each service.

Through the contact form on the Website, we collect your name, email address and the content of your inquiry.

5. Requests for Disclosure, Correction and Deletion

You may ask us to disclose your personal information or the records of its provision to third parties, to notify you of the purposes for which we use it, to correct it if it is inaccurate, or to stop using it or stop providing it to third parties where it is handled in violation of the APPI (together, "Disclosure Requests"). We will verify that the request comes from you and respond without undue delay. This does not apply where we are not required to respond under the APPI or other laws.

We usually verify your identity by asking you to write from the email address you used for your inquiry, and may ask for identification documents if needed. If a representative makes the request on your behalf, we will also ask for documents confirming their authority.

A fee of 1,000 yen per request applies to requests for disclosure and for notification of the purposes of use, payable by bank transfer. You are responsible for any bank transfer charges.

This Policy is governed by the laws of Japan. This English version is provided for reference. If there is any inconsistency between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version prevails.
